Provider was great!  We had been working with a different provider that was TERRIBLE to fix our ice maker for a SubZero refrigerator.  Where the other provider kept having to come back (and missing appointments to come back) an coming up with excuses, Discount Appliance Repair were very pleasant to work with it and did a great job. Discount Appliances Repair ordered the special part for the ice maker from subzero set up a convenient date/time to install it, and performed the job very quickly.  The tech was very polite and cheerful and we never had to call them back again.  VERY happy with them and would highly recommend them after dealing with other not-so-great providers.  There price was also much cheaper than other providers.  All and all, a great experience.

My washing machine was making a terrible noise and not spin-drying properly.  This merchant was available to come out within just a couple of hours of my phone call and their service fee of $65 was cheaper than Sears was going to charge me with a five day wait period.  Unfortunately the problem was the transmission which he advised was not economical to fix.  He did, however, recommend me to a couple of outlet stores where I may be able to get a similar replacement (washer is 7 years old and no longer manufactured but I need it to match the dryer because they’re stacked).  I would call again if ever in need.

Service was great. I called the headquarters and they were able to send someone within two hours.  The technician diagnosed and fixed the problem within 20 minutes.  Quick and well done. Cleaned up afterwards.  He explained the nature of the problem (the motherboard died on our refrigerator) and resolved it.  Couldn’t ask for more.

DAR was able to service an electrical range the day after I called.  The technician was knowledgeable of the appliance and was able to adjust the oven door to prevent heat losses that were making the oven too cold.  DAR did not try to “fix” it by replacing parts unnecessarily and therefore kept the service costs to a minimum.  I will gladly used them again in the future and refer them to others as well.

DAR provided service the same day I called; the technician was prompt, quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair.  This is the second time I have used DAR, and both times I have been very pleased with their service and the technicians working for them.

I got an appointment to fix my fridge the same day I called them-within hours actually. The repairman was able to fix my fridge in less than 1 hour, had the part with him and I was able to use an online coupon for a discount.  They were fair, fast and professional.  I would recommend them and WILL call them again for any appliance repair I need.

I have used them many times over the past several years. They are excellent. I always get appointments on time, and they are professional and honest. I highly recommend them. I was surprised at the negative comment one of the other reviewers had made. And I wanted to make sure that I commented because my experience has been completely different and extremely positive. Try them out for yourself and see.
